About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Associate Tech Architect to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable cloud-based solutions. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in AWS, backend technologies, ETL platforms, and DevOps practices, along with the ability to mentor junior team members and take end-to-end ownership of deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure solutions meet performance, security, and scalability standards

Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and deployment issues in AWS environments

Design and build scalable, cloud-based ETL solutions

Take end-to-end ownership of technical deliverables as a team lead

Mentor and support junior team members as needed

Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices

Ensure high-quality API design and enterprise-grade integrations

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of overall software development experience

2+ years of hands-on experience in AWS cloud technologies and solution design

Strong experience with ETL systems, AWS services, and API management

Proficiency in REST APIs, JSON, and enterprise integration patterns

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices using GitHub

Familiarity with tools such as GitHub Actions, SonarQube, JFrog

Knowledge of Platform Engineering concepts

Exposure to GenAI basics

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills

Nice to Have

Frontend exposure using React.js

Experience working in distributed, remote teams

Prior experience in contractual or freelance roles
